The President and Chairman of Council of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Dr. Ike Neliaku has been elected Regional Delegate-at-Large of the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management, the umbrella body of public relations organisations across the world.
He was elected Regional Delegate-at-Large representing National Association at the ongoing 23rd Annual General Meeting of Global Alliance taking place in Venice, Italy.

He was elected along with eleven others, including: Adrian Cropley of Centre for Strategic Communication Excellence CSCE (Australia), Bonnie Caver of Reputation Lighthouse (USA), Prof. Dailen Rene Benecke of Public Relations Association of Southern Africa PRISA (South Africa), Gesille Buot of Asean Public Relations Network (Indonesia), Steve Shepperson-Smith of Chartered Institute of Public Relations, CIPR (UK) among others.
Similarly, a Fellow of NIPR, Dr. Wole Adamolekum of Elizade University was elected Delegate-at-Large Representing Academic/Research.
