The Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has initiated a program to provide financial support to 5,200 women across the 44 local government areas of the state. The  Supreme Court, on Thursday, declared that it is unconstitutional for state governors to hold onto funds meant for Local Government (LG) administrations.
