The Kano State Hospitals Management Board (HMB) has launched an Executive Supervision campaign to improve the state’s healthcare services.
Kano State HMB Launches Service Delivery Enhancement Plan
The campaign, supported by the State Ministry of Health, aims to create a positive attitudinal change among medical workers, ensure proper utilization of government interventions, increase efficiency in service delivery, and prevent diversion and hoarding of commodities .
Led by Executive Secretary Dr. Mansur Mudi Nagoda, the campaign has already visited over 20 health facilities in two weeks.
HMB Showcases Achievements Rewards Deserving staff
According to him,the outcomes of the supervision have been promising, with improved staff attitudes, better sanitation, and increased patient satisfaction.
Dr. Nagode hinted that,some of the specific objectives of the campaign include Attitudinal Change by Creating a positive change in attitude among medical workers to improve patient care.
Others are efficient Service Delivery through Ensuring that government interventions are properly utilized to increase efficiency in service delivery.

Dr. Nagoda called for proactive collaboration with all other agencies to fulfill this obligation and ensure the success of the campaign.
