The Commissioner of Information and Internal Affairs, Comrade Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiya, has called on youths to avoid the habit of greed and the rush for positions as a means of securing a meaningful life.
He made this appeal while receiving a delegation from the F10 Initiative during a courtesy visit to his office.

Comrade Waiya emphasized the vital role that youths, scholars, and traditional rulers play in the development of society.
He encouraged young people to embrace patience, obedience, and contentment in their endeavors, stressing that every stage in life requires perseverance and dedication to achieve lasting success.
“As an activist, I represent the youth in government, and I remain committed to ensuring that the government continues to support them because they are the backbone of our society,” the Commissioner stated.
He further commended the F10 Initiative for its dedication to promoting the development of Kano State.
The Commissioner urged youths to contribute positively to instilling good values in society. He highlighted the importance of peace, mutual respect, and collaboration with the government to foster employment opportunities and improve infrastructure development.

In his remarks, the Director General of the F10 Initiative, Abbas Abdullahi Yakasai, disclosed that the initiative was formed by a coalition of approximately 50 organizations with a shared vision of prioritizing Kano State’s development.
He reaffirmed their commitment to promoting discipline, peace, and community-driven initiatives.
Yakasai also lauded the Commissioner for his transformative leadership in enhancing information dissemination in the state.
He assured continued engagement with the government in driving policies and programs that create opportunities for the people of Kano.
