Ambassador Ibrahim Waiya has been honored with a prestigious fellowship award by the Institute of Security and Strategic Studies.
This recognition is a testament to his outstanding contributions to peace and security in Nigeria, particularly in Kano State and Northern Nigeria.
The award ceremony, which took place on November 30, 2024, at the Shehu Musa Yar’adua Centre in Abuja, was attended by prominent Nigerians.
Other awardees included notable figures such as Gen. Christopher Musa, Hon. Justice Edward Amoako Asante, and Maj. Gen. Johnson A.O. Ochoga, among others.
