The Kano State Government has guaranteed the safety and protection of investors in the mining sector, aiming to attract partnerships and boost the state’s economy.
Commissioner of Solid Minerals and Natural Resources, Alhaji Safiyanu Hamza Kachako, made this assurance while receiving Mr. Alex Zhang, Managing Director of Zarthwish Company, a mining firm, in his office.
Kachako emphasized the government’s commitment to providing a secure environment for investors, fostering harmonious working relationships, and promoting employment opportunities,
“ internal revenue growth, community development, and environmental protection”
Zhang expressed gratitude for the warm reception and acknowledged the abundance of solid minerals in Kano, displayed through laboratory-analyzed samples.
He pledged to consider the collaboration offer and identify areas for partnership.
This move is expected to enhance investor confidence and drive growth in Kano’s mining sector.
