The management of Khalifah Isyaku Rabiu university KHAIRUN has congratulated Bayero university Kano BUK on its remarkable achievements of emerging 6th position in Nigerian universities and impressive impact in the world ranking.
In a congratulatory letter signed by the Vice Chancellor of KHAIRUN, Professor Abdulrashid Garba, sent to BUK’s vice chancellor, Professor Sagir Adamu Abbas and made available to newsmen in Kano, hedescribed the feat recorded by BUK as a sign of commitment and hardwork.
Professor Garba however said the university score 48.8 in the international outlook, which surpassed the first-ranked institution in that category, is truly a testament to the administrative acumen and also of the university’s unwavering commitment to excellence in education, research and global engagement.
He explained that the high grades the university gained in teaching further highlight Bayero University’s dedication to fostering an enriching academic environment that equips students with the tools and knowledge necessary to make impactful contributions to society.
He added that this is indeed a highly prestigious honour that, not only brings pride to the esteemed university but also the African continent as a whole.
The vice chancellor said KHAIRUN University is proud of the current feat of BUK.
