The Aminu Magashi Garba Foundation (AMGF) has pledged to provide technical assistance to the Office of the Special Adviser to the Executive Governor of Kano State on Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).
The Foundation will engage a governance consultant to support the Office over a 12-month period, focusing on operational and strategic plan development, as well as organizational improvements—such as establishing a comprehensive database of NGOs operating within the state.

This initiative is aimed at enhancing partnerships and fostering sustainable development.
The commitment was announced on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, during a courtesy visit by the AMGF team to Hon. Nasiru Isa Dikko (Jarma), the Special Adviser on NGOs.
The visit followed through on a pledge made by Dr. Aminu Magashi, Chairman of AMGF, in February at a dinner commemorating World NGO Day.
