Ramatu Garba A Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), Netherlands African Business Council (NABC) says it has trained 41 farmers on vegetable farming production to enhance food sufficiency in Kano State. Project Coordinator of the NGO, Hajiya Fauziyya Sadiq, stated this at the closing of a 16-week training for farmers  in Kano. Sani Haruna Governor Dauda Lawal of Zamfara State has commissioned two major projects in Bakura and Maradun local government areas in Zamfara West senatorial zone. Kano state government KNSG says it has targeted 6,000 children across 1,346 health centers for free testing and treatment of tuberculosis. The state commissioner for health Dr. Abubakar Labaran Yusuf made the indication during a press briefing to commemorate the 2024 national tuberculosis testing week (NCTWTB).
