The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) says the death toll from the building collapse in Noman’s Land Quarters, Fagge Local Government Area of Kano, has increased to three. Two people were injured in the incident. NEMA Coordinator, Dr. Nuraddeen Abdullahi, confirmed that four people were initially rescued, including a husband, wife, and two children. The Kano State Fire Service has reported that three lives were lost due to various disasters in August 2024. Public Relations Officer Saminu Yusif Abdullahi disclosed this to newsmen in Kano.
