Hon. Dr. Baffa Babba Dan’agundi, Director General of the National Productivity Centre, recently met with staff members to discuss progress and challenges facing the organization.
This meeting marks the second of its kind, with plans to hold such meetings quarterly to address issues and support staff development.
Dr. Dan’agundi expressed appreciation for the staff’s cooperation and hard work, acknowledging the new policies and benefits they’ve enjoyed under his leadership.
Staff members, in turn, commended Dr. Dan’agundi for his innovative approaches and commitment to their welfare, including the payment of allowances and special care for families of deceased staff members.
Dr. Baffa Babba Dan’agundi’s leadership background is notable, having served as Majority Leader in the Kano State House of Assembly and Managing Director of Kano Road Traffic Agency (KAROTA) .
His appointment as Director General of the National Productivity Centre was announced by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in July 2024
