The speaker Kano State House of Assembly Alhaji Jibril Ismail Falgore extends his felicitations to the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of this year’s Eid El Kabir Sallah celebration.
In a statement signed by the spokesperson to the speaker Kamaluddeen Sani Shawai and made available to newsmen in Kano.
The statement pointed out that, Falgore described Eid-el-Kabir as a reminder of the need to sacrifice, share, and love one another.

“ Therefore, we call on the Ummah to continue to imbibe the spirit of the celebration as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim (AS) and upheld by Prophet Muhammad (SAW)”
The speaker pointed out that as Muslims, the Eid-el-Kabir period reminds mankind to help one another and obey Allah (SWT) as clearly stated in the holy Qur’an.
He assured the people of Kano State that quality legislation remains sacrosanct to the members of the Kano Assembly. l, saying that more quality bills are underway for the betterment of the people of Kano State.
Falgore reiterated the Kano Assembly’s unwavering commitment towards uplifting the standard of well-being of Kano citizens through legislation aimed at addressing the socio-economic challenges facing Kano while working with the government of His Excellency Engr Abba Kabir Yusuf for good governance and development.
“I wish you all a happy Sallah celebration. I equally urge the Muslim Ummah not to relent but to continue praying for the state’s peace and unity and to tolerate one another irrespective of all differences for the development of Kano State.”
