Dr. Makoda stated that the government will ensure that contractors receive payment on time, without delay, once they are verified.
He attributed the successes in the school feeding program to the commitment of Governor Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf’s administration to overhauling the education sector.
Notably, the Governor reviewed the food price rate, increasing it by 82% from N787.8 to N1,430.88.

The meeting was organized to review the 2023/2024 schools feeding program and discuss ways to improve the system for the 2024/2025 feeding program.
