A humanitarian initiative sponsored by the First Lady of Katsina State, Hajiya Zulaihat Dikko Radda, is set to provide free medical care to over 500 people in the state.
The Save Space Humanitarian Initiative launched a medical outreach program at the Comprehensive Health Center in Dutsinma.

The program aims to reduce the burden of medical costs on individuals and provide quality healthcare services to those in need.
During the program, various ailments will be diagnosed and treated. Patients with complicated issues will be referred to secondary facilities.
Additionally, beneficiaries will receive free drugs and food items, including spaghetti.
The First Lady also announced that individuals with sickle cell anemia will receive free treatment every last Monday of the month in three senatorial zones of the state, including Katsina, Daura, and Funtua.

The District Head of Dutsinma, Alhaji Sada Muhammad Sada, commended the state governor for his support to Dutsinma Local Government Area.
Beneficiaries of the program also expressed their gratitude to the First Lady for her humanitarian gesture.
