The Alliance of ‘91’ Old Boys Association Dutsinma, Katsina State, have called for stronger collaboration between government, groups, and individuals in supporting government policies and programmes.
The Chairman of the alliance, Comrade Sulaiman Nagarba,made the call during the association’s quarterly meeting held at Yandaka Primary School, Dutsinma.

Comrade Nagarba highlighted the association’s significant contributions to the development of the area, particularly in community development projects.
These include the provision of learning and instructional materials to primary and Islamiyya schools across the local government area.
He also noted that water tanks, plastic buckets, and cattle were provided to selected primary schools to alleviate the hardship faced by staff and students in accessing potable drinking water.

According to him, the association has also extended welfare packages to its members during festive periods and in times of need, urging other groups, organizations, associations, and wealthy individuals to emulate their efforts to foster a sense of belonging among the less privileged.
He described unionism as an act of sacrifice, hard work, and dedication that requires collective effort to achieve its objectives, and he called on individuals to donate generously for the sake of Almighty Allah.
Comrade Nagarba also called for frequent prayers for peace and stability to prevail in the community, state, and the country as a whole, so that the issue of banditry can be overcome.
