The former governor of Kaduna State,Nasir El-Rufai, has jumped into the heated argument between National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu and Hajia Naja’atu Muhammad.
El-Rufai defended Naja’atu, saying Ribadu must have “serious amnesia” since he denied making statements about President Bola Tinubu in the past .

Recall that Naja’atu accused Ribadu of serving in Tinubu’s government despite previously criticizing him when he was the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Ribadu demanded a public apology and retraction, claiming he never held those views.

Paradigm News reports that, Aamnesia refers to the loss of memories, including facts, information and experiences.
It can be caused by various factors, including medications, alcohol, tobacco, or drug use, sleep deprivation, depression, stress, nutritional deficiencies, head injuries, strokes, and certain diseases like Alzheimer’s.
However, El-Rufai is suggesting that Ribadu’s denial of his past statements is a result of memory loss or amnesia.
