The company announced a substantial reduction in diesel prices from 1,650 Naira to 1,000 Naira per litre, marking a 60 per cent drop. A Kano state High Court has granted an ex parte order restraining the National Chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC) Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje from parading himself as a member of the party. The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, NAFDAC has recalled one lot of Benylin Paediatric Syrup manufactured by Johnson & Johnson, following recent toxicity findings on the product. In a notice to the public on its X handle, NAFDAC said laboratory analysis conducted on the product shows it contains an unacceptable high level of diethylene glycol, which is found to cause acute oral toxicity in laboratory animals.
