He emphasized that the partnership aligns with Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf’s vision of positioning Kano State as a leader in solid mineral analysis, ensuring that the state’s natural resources are optimally utilized.
Kano State Solid Minerals Ministry Achieves Significant Milestones
The announcement was made by the Commissioner for Solid Mineral and Natural Resources, Alhaji Hamza Safiyanu, during a presentation held at the ministry’s conference room.
The presentation was delivered by Engineer Ahmed Tarek Sa’id, the Managing Director of MESLO MOKSH, a globally recognized company with over 40 years of expertise in scientific analysis.
Represented by the Permanent Secretary, Engineer Mansur Yakubu, Commissioner Safiyanu expressed optimism about the partnership, stressing that it would significantly enhance the state’s ability to conduct mineral analysis efficiently.

Engineer Ahmed Tarek Sa’id reassured the Kano State Government of MESLO MOKSH’s readiness to support the establishment of the analytical laboratory hub.
He highlighted that the facility would be specifically tailored to the needs of solid mineral-related samples, providing world-class analytical services within Kano State.
The presentation concluded with an interactive session where the Managing Director of MESLO MOKSH addressed questions from ministry directors, shedding light on the operational framework and benefits of the collaboration.
