The Federal Government says President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will commission the Renewed Hope Housing Estate in Kano State within the next six weeks.
Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Alhaji Ahmed Musa Dangiwa, disclosed this during an inspection visit to the Renewed Hope Cities in Tabarakallah and Lambu Kano.
Dangiwa said the project aligns with President Tinubu’s commitment to providing affordable housing for Nigerians under the Renewed Hope Agenda.

He explained that the contractors have been given a six-week deadline to finalize finishing touches and make necessary modifications to the original plan before the official commissioning.
“The buildings are already completed, while the provision of water and electricity is nearing completion,”
Speaking on the Renewed Hope Estate located along Lambu Road, Dangiwa noted that the ministry has instructed contractors to create a designated demarcation for delivery trucks to prevent further damage to the access roads.
He reaffirmed the Federal Government’s resolve to ensure quality and timely delivery of housing projects across the country.
The minister was accompanied by the Minister for state Alhaji Yusuf Abdullahi Ata, chief of staff to the state minister Alhajin Baba and other management staff from the federal ministry of housing.
