The Executive Chairman of Dutsinma Local Government Council of Katsina State, Alhaji Kabir AbdulSalam Shema, has sworn in the local government executive council members and two special advisors.
Speaking at the swearing-in ceremony in Dutsinma local government secretariat, the Chairman charged the appointees to see their pick as a privilege to further serve God and humanity.

Kabir Shema urged the newly appointed to serve with integrity and diligence and to fear Almighty God, Allah, in the discharge of their primary responsibilities adding that, his door will remain open for transparency and accountability.
He called on those holding political appointments to deliver and carry every one especially the party leaders, members and tasked the appointees to ensure diligent and show a high level of commitment to their duties.
The Council Chairman also inform the appointees that, they would assign task and responsibility to each and every one of them to carry activities that would enable them to win their polling units.
Earlie in his address, the member representing Dutsinma in the state assembly Malam Muhammad Abubakar khamis advise the newly appointees to ensure that, they provide devidant of democracy to the people at the grassroots level.

He tasked those in the position of authorities to shoulder the responsibilities bestowed on them and to ensure that they provide development to their communities and pray to Allah to grants them the ability to serve with honesty, integrity, and dedication.
Speaking on behalf of the appointees, Alhaji Abdulkadir Sanusi Karofi, appreciated the state governor Malam Dikko Umar Radda and Council Chairman Alhaji Kabir Shema for giving them the opportunity to serve and promised to deliver up to the expectation.
Those sworn in appointees are, Barrister Yusha’u Muhammad as Secretary, Nuhu Abdulhamid Supervisory Councilor, Darda’u Mamman Supervisory Councilor, Hambali Gide Supervisory Councilor, Abdulkadir Sanusi Karofi Supervisory Councilor, Sa’adatu Abubakar Jalli Supervisory Councilor
Others are Bello Isiyaku Isiyaku as Supervisory Councilor, Abdullahi Shehu Lawal Supervisory Councilor, and Amadi Yarima Kuki Supervisory Councilor.
While Sa’adatu Abba and Bishir Yakubu were sworn in as SA Women affairs and Youth and Sport respectively.
