Dr Danmaraya who was a consultant, a lecturer at Northwest University, Kano as well as AUN serves as an exemplary character whose contributions to the educational Sector in Kano and Nigeria brought him into a limelight.
He holds B.Sc and M.Sc. degrees in Economics from Bayero University, Kano. He equally obtained his Ph.D in Economics from Utara University, Malaysia.
Danmaraya background in Management research and economic development is certainly recognized both within the academic and public lives.
His boldness, commitment, and selfless service will be felt by Kanawa as he takes on his role as the new Commissioner of Finance.
