Consistent Salary delay: FRCN staff writes GTB Seek Intervention

We, the staff of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN), are writing to express our deep concerns regarding the consistent delays in the payment of our salaries by GT Bank.
It has come to our attention that GTBank often delays salary payments for FRCN staff, sometimes by over three days, while other banks promptly disburse funds to their customers. This persistent delay in salary payments has caused significant distress and dissatisfaction among FRCN staff.
We wish to emphasize the adverse impact these delays have on our financial stability and overall morale. Many of us rely on timely salary payments to meet our financial obligations and support our families. The continued inconvenience and uncertainty surrounding salary disbursements have led some staff members to contemplate leaving the bank altogether.
As valued customers of GT Bank, we implore you to address this issue as a matter of urgency. Timely salary payments are not only a contractual obligation but also a fundamental aspect of employee welfare and satisfaction. We urge GT Bank to take immediate steps to rectify this situation and ensure that FRCN staff receive their salaries promptly and consistently in the future.
Failure to address this matter promptly may result in further dissatisfaction and potential loss of trust in GT Bank’s services. We trust that you will give this matter the attention it deserves and take necessary actions to resolve it swiftly.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
    Sincerely,
    Mr. A. Bello
