He called on citizens to support the present administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and that of Governor Dikko Umar Radda to enable them to deliver their campaign promises and move the state and the nation to the next level.
While commending the massive turnout of electorates , Malam Abubakar described the election as free, fair, and credible, urging elected councillors and local government chairmen to fear Almighty God in the discharge of their constitutional mandate.

Earlier, a member representing the Dutsinma constituency of Katsina House of Assembly, Malam Muhammad Abubakar Khamis, called on the electorate to intensify prayers for peace to prevail in Katsina state, the northern region and the country in general.
He commended the state’s independent electoral commission for organizing and conducting a successful and hitch-free local government election across the state.
In an interview, Malam Rabiu Musa Tafada, the Chairman of Tafada Global Ventures said the exercise is well organized and the best in the history of local government elections in Katsina state.
According to him, this will give the elected people a chance to deliver developments of democracy to the people at the grassroots level.
