The Managing Director of Kano Printing Press, Alhaji Yahaya Muhammad Idris, has been praised for his generosity in distributing food items to his staff ahead of Ramadan.
Speaking during the distribution exercise, Kano state Commissioner for information Comrade Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiya commended the initiative.
He described it as a noble gesture that aligns with Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf’s vision of supporting the people of Kano, particularly the less privileged.

Commissioner Waiya emphasized that this act demonstrates corporate social responsibility, reflecting the government’s values of compassion and solidarity.
He urged other organizations to follow this example, especially as Ramadan approaches.
He pointed out that, the Kano State Government has allocated substantial funds to provide food assistance to vulnerable groups during Ramadan.
