The other appointed governors are from Prof. Babagana Zulum of Borno State,  Hope Uzodimma of Imo State, Mr. Biodun Oyebanji of Ekiti State, Malam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara State, and Pastor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom States.

The NDPHC, incorporated by the Federal Government, is a limited liability company jointly owned by the three tiers of government – Federal, State, and Local Government Areas.
