Nigerian Tracker reports that the Commissioner had expressed disappointment during the ongoing monitoring tour over inability of the contractor to show up to the site despite percentage payment.
Ma’aji expressed satisfaction over most of the projects being toured to so far, but fumed at the project in question in Rufa’i town of Doguwa Local Government.
