A devastating fire outbreak has destroyed over 45 houses, 35 silos, and livestock in Batakashi village, Garki Local Government Area of Jigawa State.

Tragedy Strikes: 4 Dead, 10 Injured in Jigawa Motor Fire
Eyewitnesses Malam Musa said that the incident occurred on Friday night, leaving three people injured and causing extensive damage to properties and animals.

He explained that, some of the properties destroyed including, Livestock, Silos, clothes and other valuable items.

Chairman of Garki Local Government Area, Hon. Adamu Hudu Kore, has visited the affected community to sympathize with the victims and assess the level of damage.
Police spokesman SP. Lawan Shiisu Adam said the command is yet to receive the report and promised to give details as soon as he received the report.
