Joy Sani, CEO of Joytivity Studio and an interior designer said the Utopia Bath and Kitchen brand was
“I personally like to go with brands like this when it comes to bathroom fittings because you are sure that it is a brand you can trust.
“If you are buying from the open market, you can’t really trust consistency. For instance, when you buy the plumbing fittings, it’s not just about the aesthetics.
“You have esthetic products like these that are three times cheaper, but when it comes to flushing systems, that is when you will know how good and qualitative the Utopia Bath and Kitchen brand really is.
“Some of the other products in the open market always tend to wear off and change colour over time, but when you go with a brand such as Utopia, which I have personally used before and can trust, then you will always want to stick with it.
“It’s also very easy to trust them when embarking on hotel projects; you can do a sample room with the Utopia brand to show your clients.
“Yes, their products might be more expensive than the open market, but you can rest assured that you are buying quality.
“I don’t think things like plumbing are where you should gamble or try to play ‘penny-wise pound-foolish’ with, especially when it comes to basic products like these.
“You can try to save money on products like railwater shower and the likes, but when it comes to flushing systems, you want to go with concealed, which is very good because you don’t want to be doing maintenance all the time.
“So, I personally feel one should go for something worth it, and a brand like Utopia will be a better choice, and interestingly, they are also based here in Nigeria,” she said.
David Chukwuemeka, one of the visitors at the exhibition who visited the Utopia Booth expressed delight at …
“I stopped over at the Utopia Bath and Kitchen booth and was wowed and blown away by some of the quality of products I saw here at the AHIS Exhibition.
“I was particularly impressed with the 12-year warranty period on the products, which goes to show you that the materials and fittings we have seen here have met the necessary standards and requirements that we expect from such reputable manufacturers.
“I am definitely looking forward to visiting their showroom in Utako to buy some of their products,” he said.
The company’s use of locally sourced materials and focus on energy efficiency also earned commendations from environmental advocates at the event.
