The Kano State Government has officially announced the dates for the 1st term vacation for all public and private primary and post-primary schools in the state.

According to a statement by the Director of Public Enlightenment, Balarabe Abdullahi Kiru, the vacation will commence on Friday, December 20th, and Saturday, December 21st, 2024.

Parents and guardians of boarding school students are expected to pick up their wards by the early hours of Saturday, December 21st, 2024.
The statement also outlined the resumption dates for students, with boarding school students expected to return to their respective schools on Sunday, January 5th, 2025, and day students resuming on Monday, January 6th, 2025.
