The Nigeria Police Force has completed the extradition of Benjamin Best Nnayereugo, also known as “Killaboi,” from Doha, Qatar.
Nnayereugo is wanted for the murder of 21-year-old Augusta Oseodion Onuwabhagbe, a university student, in Lagos on July 13, 2023

After fleeing Nigeria, Nnayereugo used fake identities to evade capture, but was eventually apprehended in Qatar in February 2025 through international cooperation between the Nigerian Police, INTERPOL, and Qatari authorities.

The Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, praised the collaborative efforts that led to Nnayereugo’s extradition and assured the public of diligent prosecution.
