The Chairman of Kano State Public Complaints and Anti-corruption Commission, PCACC, Muhuyi Magaji Rimin-Gado has described civil servants as tools for corruption in the state. Rimingado said civil servants were used as a tool to perpetrate all the grant corruption cases the commission had investigated so far.
