President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended warm birthday felicitations to Africa’s leading industrialist, Aliko Dangote, commending his outstanding contributions to Nigeria’s economic growth and industrial development.
In a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President described Dangote as a visionary entrepreneur whose investments have transformed key sectors of the economy and strengthened Nigeria’s position as a hub for large-scale production.
Tinubu highlighted the impact of the Dangote Group’s multi-billion-dollar investments, including the Dangote Refinery and Petrochemical Company, as well as cement manufacturing operations across Africa, noting that they have significantly boosted industrial capacity and infrastructure development.
The President praised Dangote’s resilience, innovation, and commitment to excellence, stating that his achievements continue to inspire a new generation of entrepreneurs across the continent.
“I salute Aliko for his conglomerate’s role in job creation, infrastructure development, and unwavering belief in the Nigerian economy and its potential,” Tinubu said.
He also commended the industrialist’s philanthropic efforts through the Dangote Foundation, noting its contributions to health, education, and poverty alleviation.
“As Aliko marks another year, I pray for his continued good health, wisdom, and greater accomplishments in service to Nigeria, Africa, and humanity,” the President added.
