Commissioner of Police Salman Dogo Garba recently paid a courtesy visit to newly posted Assistant Inspector-General of Police Ahmed Ammani at the Zone 1 Headquarters in Kano.
During the visit, CP Dogo welcomed AIG Ammani and pledged the Command’s loyalty, highlighting their achievements in addressing security challenges through collaborative policing .
AIG Ammani commended CP Dogo’s efforts in suppressing crimes, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and intelligence sharing to address potential security threats.
He assured CP Dogo of maximum support and cooperation.
In a separate visit, CP Dogo received the newly elected executive members of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria, Kano State Chapter.
The Chairman, Amb. Campt. Abdullahi Bakoji Adamu (Rtd), sought support from the Command due to the increased movement of herders in and out of the state.
CP Dogo assured them of the Command’s support and cooperation in ensuring a safer environment, stressing the need for peaceful coexistence between farmers and herders
