The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has urged students to refrain from misusing social media platforms and instead focus on cultivating integrity and dedication in their pursuit of knowledge.

This charge was given during a study tour by students of Shehu Giwa Academy, Badarawa-Kaduna, at the ICPC’s Kaduna State Office .
The ICPC emphasized the importance of responsible social media use, warning that most information on these platforms is fake, misleading, and can corrupt moral behaviors.

The Commission encouraged students to be content, patient, and focused on their education, as these values will yield long-term benefits.
In addition to promoting responsible social media use, the ICPC also stressed the need for students to maintain integrity, fairness, justice, transparency, and accountability in their academic and personal lives.
By doing so, students can contribute to creating a more ethical and corruption-free society .
