Idris explained that the housing projects, implemented under the Renewed Hope Cities and Estates Programme, demonstrate the government’s commitment to addressing Nigeria’s housing deficit through sustained investment, strategic partnerships and innovative financing.

The Minister, who previously served as Chairman of APDC’s Board of Directors, congratulated the company on its 20th anniversary and commended its management, staff and stakeholders for their contributions to its growth.
He urged property developers to maintain high standards, adopt responsible planning practices and ensure that their projects address the needs of families and communities.
