Abdulkarim Kabir has been conferred with the prestigious Fellowship of the Institute of Industrial Security and Safety of Nigeria, FIISSN, the highest qualification of the Institute.
The Fellowship was conferred on Mr. Kabir on Wednesday, 23rd September 2026, following a recommendation and consensus decision of the Board of Trustees and Governing Council of the Institute.

According to the Institute, the recognition was in acknowledgement of his contributions to matters of national interest, community security and safety, as well as humanitarian support.
It also recognised his commitment to integrity, professionalism and service.
In a statement, Mr. Kabir expressed gratitude to Allah for the honour, describing the Fellowship as a significant milestone in his professional journey.

He also appreciated his family, friends, colleagues, mentors and others who had supported and encouraged him throughout his career and professional development.

He pledged to continue supporting efforts aimed at promoting security, safety and service to humanity.
