The Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly KNHA Alhaji Jibril Ismail Falgore, has reaffirmed the Assembly’s dedication to deepening collaboration with the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC).
This assurance came during a courtesy visit to the Corps Marshal, Shehu Muhammad, at FRSC headquarters.

Falgore emphasized that the Legislative body is actively working on enacting impactful legislation to enhance road safety administration and traffic enforcement across Kano State and Nigeria.
Falgore noted that more effective laws are underway, aimed at reducing road accidents and promoting public safety adding that strategic partnership with the FRSC is essential to achieving these goals.

“The Kano State House of Assembly is committed to supporting relevant legislation that will improve road safety standards and administration,” Falgore said.
Commenting on the Speaker’s visit, Corps Marshal Shehu Muhammad stated that the meeting provided valuable opportunities to explore ways of strengthening cooperation between the FRSC and the Kano State House of Assembly.
He also stressed the importance of having robust legislative support to provide greater impetus for effective road safety management.
