He said a joint police patrol, in collaboration with vigilantes and led by the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Kamba, acted on credible intelligence to arrest the suspects—Saifullahi Suleiman, Halidu Adamu, Ibrahim Abubakar, and Sani Kabiru—all from Kamba, Dandi Local Government Area.
The CP revealed that the suspects were found in possession of three Honda motorcycles, popularly called Boko Haram, which they purchased from Benin Republic at the cost of ₦5.4 million.

“During interrogation, one Mubarak Ladan of Kamba attempted to bribe the DPO, SP Bello Mohd Lawal, with ₦600,000 to secure the release of the suspects. He was immediately arrested, and the money was recovered as evidence,” CP Bello said.
