Enhancing Communities Action for Peace and Better Health Initiatives (e-CAPH) is strengthening its institutional systems and promoting accountability through participation in a three-day Organisational Capacity Strengthening Training organised by the EngenderHealth Consortium Kaduna.
The training brings together key stakeholders to enhance knowledge and practical skills in critical areas of organisational development, including governance, resource mobilisation, resource management, and internal control systems.
Representing e-CAPH at the training is the organisation’s Finance Officer, whose participation reflects the organisation’s commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and strengthening internal systems.
The initiative is expected to improve e-CAPH’s financial management practices, enhance accountability mechanisms, strengthen resource utilisation, and promote transparent governance structures.
According to e-CAPH, building organisational capacity remains central to developing a resilient and sustainable institution capable of delivering meaningful impact for women, young people, and communities.
The organisation reaffirmed its commitment to investing in staff development, strengthening institutional frameworks, and promoting good governance to ensure resources are managed effectively in support of its mission of building inclusive, empowered, and healthier communities.
e-CAPH also appreciated the EngenderHealth Consortium Kaduna for providing the platform for learning, collaboration, and institutional strengthening.
