Hon. Dr. Kabiru Ibrahim Getso, Former Commissioner, Kano State Ministries of Health and Environment, and currently a member of the Governing Council of Federal University of Transportation, Daura, Katsina State, has paid a heartfelt tribute to former President Gen. Muhammad Buhari, who recently passed away.
In a condolence message, Dr. Getso described the demise of Gen. Buhari as a monumental loss that will be felt across the nation. “As a nation, we have lost a leader who dedicated his life to public service,” he said.
Dr. Getso noted that Gen. Buhari’s leadership and commitment to Nigeria’s progress will forever be remembered, particularly in the areas of democracy and stability. “His contributions to the nation’s development have left an indelible mark on our history,” he added.
The former commissioner prayed that Allah grant the deceased Jannatul Firdaus, the highest place in paradise, and that his legacy continues to guide and inspire Nigerians.
Dr. Getso also extended his deepest sympathies to the family, government, and people of Katsina State, and all Nigerians, praying that Allah comforts them during this moment of grief.
“May Allah bless the family, the government, and people of Katsina State, and all Nigerians during this moment of grief,” he said.
Dr. Getso urged Nigerians to learn from Gen. Buhari’s leadership and commitment to public service, and prayed that Allah continues to bless Nigeria with peace, stability, and progress.
