In a bid to support education for vulnerable groups, the Kano State Accountability Forum on Education (KSAFE) has donated over 1,000 textbooks to orphans and vulnerable children in Kano State.

The donation, which took place at the Murtala Muhammad Library, was part of FOCO OVC’s annual program aimed at promoting education among vulnerable children.
Dr. Auwalu Halilu, leader of KSAFE, emphasized the importance of education in breaking the cycle of poverty and improving the future prospects of vulnerable children. “Education is a right that every child deserves,” he said.

The initiative is part of KSAFE’s efforts to ensure that education remains accessible to every child, regardless of their background.
The organization considered various factors, including economic status and overall need, to ensure that the textbooks reached those who needed them most.
