The decisive goal was scored by Ademu Maigari just seven minutes before the end of regulation time, securing a 1-0 victory for GDSS Shehu Abubakar.
As champions, they received the coveted trophy and a cash prize of N200,000.
In the third-place match, Government Science Technical College (GSTC) edged out Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) Academy 4-3 on penalties to claim the bronze medal.
