The Aminu Magashi Garba AMG Foundation Chairman, Dr Aminu Magashi Garba, has announced the adoption and support of 9 primary healthcare centres across Kano State to improve healthcare service delivery.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Director of Operations

According to the statement, Dr Magashi made the announcement on Thursday, 6th November, 2025, during the symbolic presentation of drugs and medical consumables to the Accident and Emergency Unit of Muhammad Abdullahi Wase Teaching Hospital, Kano.
He noted that, the support aims to complement the efforts of the Kano State government in providing efficient healthcare services in the state.
“It will provide antenatal care drugs and consumables to improve women’s health, reduce pregnancy risks, and decrease maternal morbidity and mortality”

Recall that the AMG Foundation has previously supported primary healthcare centres in the state with human resources, including embedding and paying a volunteer healthcare worker at Unguwa Uku PHC, Tarauni LGA, and providing and connecting water tanks to a borehole at Diso PHC in Gwale LGA, among other initiatives.
