Ahmadu Bello University, ABU, Zaria has signed a 10-year agreement with Yamaguchi University, Japan, to strengthen academic cooperation and promote mutual understanding between the two institutions. Squadron Leader Ahamefule Man-Ugwueje has been identified as the Nigerian Air Force pilot who flew the ATR-42-500MP Maritime Patrol aircraft with registration number NAF 931 that crashed in Igbokoda, Ondo State, on Monday. The Rivers State Government has shut down 21 health facilities for allegedly operating without registration and below the minimum standards prescribed by the Ministry of Health.
