The Emir of Kano, His Highness Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of the Chief of Army Staff, General Taoreed Lagbaja, describing his death as a significant loss to the nation.
During a condolence visit to the Defence Headquarters, the Emir extended his sympathies to the military authorities. He prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the late General eternal rest and Aljannatul Firdaus.
