The Tunisian Consortium for Africa Development (TUCAD) has appointed Hon. Ahmed Shuaibu Gara Gombe, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Green White Green (GWG) Sports Center Ltd, as its official Representative in Nigeria.

The appointment highlights TUCAD’s mission to drive sustainable development across Africa, with a focus on critical sectors including:
Water and Energy
Roads and Bridges
Schools and Healthcare
Marine Telecommunications (fibre optics, masts, and rooftops)
With Hon. Gara Gombe’s appointment, TUCAD aims to strengthen project evaluation, feasibility studies, and funding mechanisms that will accelerate infrastructure development and improve lives in Nigeria and across the continent.
Hon. Gara Gombe, who also serves as the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Athletes and Other Sports Development Initiative (AOSDI) — an NGO promoting accountability, transparency, and good governance in sports — expressed gratitude for the opportunity.
