Dr. Ibrahim shared APPO’s vision, centered on financing, technology, and market access to reduce energy poverty and enhance energy access across Africa.

The GCEO commended APPO’s focus, particularly the establishment of the Africa Energy Bank, noting its critical role in providing financing to boost production.
