Member representing Dambatta/Makoda Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Engineer Hamisu Ibrahim Chidari, has extended his heartfelt condolences to the families of the Kano sports athletes who tragically lost their lives in a road accident on their way back to Kano from the National Sports Festival.
Chidari stated:
“It was with total submission to the will of Allah, the Most Merciful, that we received the sudden and tragic news of the incident that led to the loss of the lives of our youth who represented Kano at the just-concluded National Sports Festival.
On behalf of the good people of Dambatta/Makoda Federal Constituency, I extend my deepest condolences to the families of the victims who lost their lives along the Kano-Zaria Expressway.”
He prayed to Allah (Subhanahu Wata’ala) to grant their souls Jannatul Firdausi and asked for the swift recovery of those who were injured.
In a related development, Hon. Musa Sani, popularly known as “Container,” a stalwart of the All Progressives Congress in the State, also sent a condolence message to the families of the deceased Kano contingents.
He described them as heroes who brought trophies and honor to the State through their dedication and patriotism.
Hon. Musa Sani (Container) joined millions of sympathizers in expressing his condolences to the bereaved families over this irreparable loss.
Container further stated:
“We will surely pray for them here at Makkatul Mukarrama, asking Allah to grant their souls Jannatul Firdausi. Their deaths are a great tragedy that will never be forgotten.”
He also prayed for the immediate recovery of the injured.
