The Kano State Ministry of Education KMoE has dismissed reports claiming that the state government has begun the recruitment of 3,917 teachers under a purported “Kano State Government Basic Education Teachers Mapping and Recruitment Plan (2025–2028).”
In a statement issued by the Director of Public Enlightenment, Balarabe Abdullahi Kiru, described the report as misleading and baseless, urging the public to disregard the information in its entirety.
