Governor of Kano State, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, has officially flagged off the conveyance of Kano State pilgrims from Makkah to Mina, marking a key phase in the observance of Hajj — one of the Five Pillars of Islam.
In a brief but impactful ceremony, Governor Yusuf commended the pilgrims for their exemplary conduct and strict adherence to the rules and regulations governing the pilgrimage.

He urged them to maintain discipline and remain on their best behavior throughout the Hajj rites.
Demonstrating his commitment to the comfort and welfare of the pilgrims, the Governor personally distributed umbrellas and water bottles to provide relief from the intense heat and ensure proper hydration.
